TrueQuote.org is a website owned and operated by Data Bridge Studio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Data Bridge Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). Data Bridge Studio LLC also owns and operates other consumer websites and brands. When this Policy refers to "our Sites," it means TrueQuote.org together with any other website or brand operated by Data Bridge Studio LLC that links to this Policy.

This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information in connection with our Sites and our lead generation, marketing, and consumer matching services.

By using our Sites or submitting information through our forms, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, insurance providers, brokers, agents, home service providers, advertisers, or other third parties that may receive personal information from us. Those parties operate under their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own practices.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above.

B. Information About Your Property

Where we obtain it from public records, licensed data providers, or you directly, we may collect and associate with you information about the property at your address, including ownership status, property characteristics, permit and construction history, and estimated property attributes.

C. Sensitive Personal Information — What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, and you should not submit, any of the following through our Sites:

• Social Security numbers
• Driver's license, state identification, or passport numbers
• Financial account, debit card, or credit card numbers
• Account log-in credentials
• Precise geolocation
• Biometric or genetic information
• Health or medical information
• Information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, or sexual orientation
• The contents of your mail, email, or text messages

Because we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws for purposes requiring an opt-out, no "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" right applies to our processing. If this changes, we will update this Policy before collecting such information.

II. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from:

• You directly, when you complete a form, contact us, or interact with our Sites
• Publisher and marketing partners who direct traffic to our Sites or who lawfully collect and transfer consumer information to us
• Advertising platforms and analytics providers
• Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies
• Insurance carriers, agencies, brokers, and other service providers in connection with quote matching, verification, and outcome reporting
• Home service providers, contractors, and other businesses to whom we refer consumers, in connection with verification and outcome reporting
• Public records and licensed data providers, including property, permit, and consumer data sources
• Our own brands, subsidiaries, and entities under common ownership or control with Data Bridge Studio LLC

We may combine personal information collected from any of these sources, and may append additional information to the records we hold, for the operational, marketing, analytics, modeling, verification, compliance, and fraud prevention purposes described in Section III.

III. Purposes for Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information to:

Provide the services you requested

• Operate our Sites and provide lead generation, quote matching, and consumer referral services
• Match you with insurance carriers, agencies, brokers, agents, and other providers
• Facilitate communications regarding offers, quotes, and related information
• Respond to your inquiries and requests

Market to you across product categories

• Market, advertise, and promote insurance products and services
• Market, advertise, and promote home services, home improvement, home warranty, home maintenance, contracting, real estate, and other related consumer products and services that we believe may be relevant to you
• Contact you by telephone, text message, email, and mail as described in Section X and consistent with the consent you provided
• Conduct cross-context behavioral advertising and audience matching

Build, enrich, and improve our data and models

• Resolve your information to a persistent internal identifier so we can recognize you across our Sites and services
• Enrich and append additional information to your record from the sources described in Section II
• Perform analytics, modeling, scoring, segmentation, data enhancement, and business intelligence
• Verify transaction outcomes and measure performance across our services
• Develop, train, test, and improve our products, models, and services, including future products and services

Operate the business

• Maintain records of consumer consent and legal compliance, including TCPA, do-not-call, and state telemarketing compliance
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and platform misuse
• Verify partner performance and process payouts
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• Effect a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets

We may use de-identified or aggregated information for any lawful purpose. We will maintain such information in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law.

Please note: Information you provide in connection with one type of request (for example, an auto insurance quote) may be used to market other categories of products and services to you, as described above, consistent with the consent you provided at the time of collection. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in Sections V and X.

IV. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose the categories of personal information described in Section I to:

Service Providers and Processors Companies that process personal information on our behalf under contractual restrictions — including hosting, data storage, analytics, identity resolution, consent verification, call routing and recording, and email and messaging services.

Insurance Providers and Brokers Insurance carriers, agencies, licensed agents and brokers, and lead aggregators serving them, so they may provide quotes and related services.

Home Service and Other Consumer Product Providers Contractors, home service companies, home warranty providers, home improvement businesses, and other consumer product and service providers, and lead aggregators serving them.

Advertising and Marketing Partners Platforms and companies that assist with advertising, audience matching, measurement, and analytics.

Publisher and Marketing Partners Partners who direct traffic to our Sites, for attribution, quality assurance, fraud detection, and payout verification.

Our Brands, Subsidiaries, and Affiliated Entities Other brands, websites, subsidiaries, and entities under common ownership or control with Data Bridge Studio LLC, for the purposes described in Section III.

Legal and Compliance Recipients Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other parties where required by law, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of any person.

Corporate Transactions Acquirers, investors, lenders, and their advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, including in diligence.

V. Selling, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We sell personal information. We disclose personal information to insurance providers, brokers, home service providers, other consumer product and service providers, and marketing partners in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. Under applicable state privacy laws, this constitutes a "sale" of personal information.

We share personal information for targeted advertising. We also disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may be considered "sharing" or "processing for targeted advertising" under applicable state privacy laws.

The categories of personal information we sell or share include all categories listed in Section I. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, because we do not collect it (see Section I.C).

Your Right to Opt Out

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You may exercise this right by:

• Clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of our Sites, or
• Emailing info@databridgestudio.com with the subject line "Opt Out."

Where required by law, we honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser and device from which the signal is received.

Important: Opting out of sale or sharing does not automatically stop calls, texts, or emails you have already consented to receive. To stop those, see Section X.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

VI. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. We do not retain personal information for a single fixed period; instead, we determine retention on a category-by-category basis using the following criteria:

• The purpose for which the information was collected and whether that purpose remains active
• The nature and sensitivity of the information
• Applicable legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements, including marketing and telemarketing recordkeeping obligations
• The applicable statute of limitations for claims to which the information may be relevant
• Our need to maintain suppression and do-not-contact records, which we retain on an ongoing basis specifically so that we can continue to honor your opt-out
• Our need to detect and prevent fraud and to maintain the integrity of our services

Consent and compliance records — including records of the consent language displayed to you, the date and time, IP address, and associated certificate identifiers — are retained for the period necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable telemarketing and consumer protection laws, which is generally longer than the retention period for marketing data.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it, de-identify it, or aggregate it. Certain records may persist in backups or archives for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.

If you request deletion, we will honor that request as described in Section IX, subject to the exceptions permitted by law — including our need to retain suppression records so we do not contact you again.

VII. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to its nature and sensitivity. Safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest, logging and monitoring, and contractual restrictions on service providers.

No system can guarantee absolute security, and we do not warrant that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized access.

VIII. Age Restrictions and Household Members

A. Our Sites Are for Adults Only

Our Sites and services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in the United States. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to submit information through our forms, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any individual under 18 as a user of our services.

If we learn that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will delete it.

B. Statutory Rule for Consumers Under 16

Separately, and as required by applicable state privacy law, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

C. Information You Provide About Household Members and Other Drivers

Insurance quote requests commonly require information about other drivers in your household, some of whom may be under 18.

• If you provide information about another person, you represent that you are that person's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have the authority to provide their information for the purposes described in this Policy.
• For any household member or driver under 18, we collect only limited attributes — such as age or date of birth, gender, relationship to you, and licensing status.
• We do not collect the name, telephone number, or email address of any driver under 18, and we do not market to, contact, or attempt to contact any individual under 18.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected contact information for a person under 18, contact us at info@databridgestudio.com and we will delete it.

IX. Your Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states — including but not limited to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia — have rights under applicable state privacy laws. Depending on your state, these may include:

• The right to know or access the personal information we have collected about you
• The right to request deletion of your personal information
• The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information
• The right to portability — to obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
• The right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
• The right to appeal a decision we make regarding your request

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit a request by email to info@databridgestudio.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of our Sites.

We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 45 days, with one extension of up to an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing an access, deletion, correction, or portability request. Verification may require you to provide information matching what we already hold. We may deny a request where permitted or required by law, and we will tell you why.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response email with the word "APPEAL" and the reason for your appeal, or by emailing info@databridgestudio.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within 45 days, and we will explain the reasons for our decision. If we deny your appeal, we will provide information about how to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.

X. Calls, Texts, and Emails

A. Consent

When you submit a request through our Sites, you may be asked to provide express written consent to be contacted by telephone (including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial voice, or prerecorded messages), text message, or email — by Data Bridge Studio LLC and/or by the providers and partners identified at the time of your submission — at the telephone number and email address you provide, even if your number appears on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.

The specific scope of your consent, including who may contact you and about what, is set out in the consent language displayed on the form at the time you submit it. That language governs.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

B. Revoking Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means. We will honor revocation requests promptly, and in any event within the time required by applicable law.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Calls: tell the caller you wish to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or email us.
• Any channel: email info@databridgestudio.com with the subject line "Revoke Consent" and the telephone number or email address you want removed.

We maintain an internal do-not-call and suppression list and will retain your request on that list so that we can continue to honor it. This means we retain the minimum information necessary to identify and suppress your contact information, even after other information about you is deleted.

We cannot revoke consent on behalf of third parties. If your information was disclosed to an insurance provider, home service provider, or other partner, you must contact that party directly to revoke consent as to them. We will, on request, provide the identity of parties to whom we disclosed your information where required by law.

C. Call Recording

Calls with us or with providers may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, verification, and compliance purposes. Where required by law, you will be notified at the beginning of the call and given the opportunity to decline.

XI. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate our Sites, remember your preferences, measure and attribute advertising performance, and deliver targeted advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing.

XII. Third-Party Sites

Our Sites may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

XIII. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the "Last Updated" date. Where a change materially expands the ways in which we use or disclose personal information already collected, we will provide notice and, where required by law, obtain your consent before applying the change to that information.
